Terms of use

Before using the pezblanco.com website, please read the Golden Dorado Travel SAS data processing information carefully as a user.

By using the website, the user enters into a contract with Golden Dorado Travel SAS and accepts these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy of the site. Golden Dorado Travel SAS will inform the user in the event of significant changes to the Terms of Use, but it is recommended to regularly review the latest version to obtain up-to-date information. Golden Dorado Travel SAS may modify the Terms of Use at its own discretion and at any time, and the user must accept the changes as binding. Continued use of the pezblanco.com website after changes to the Terms of Use constitutes acceptance of the modification of the agreement.

Golden Dorado Travel SAS is committed to maintaining the quality of its services at the highest level, but is not responsible for any damage resulting from the use of the system.

Pezblanco. com website contents (texts, images and videos) are the exclusive intellectual property of Golden Dorado Travel SAS and are considered intellectual products protected by copyright. Their use in whole or in part requires the prior written permission of Golden Dorado Travel SAS.

Golden Dorado Travel SAS reserves the right to subsequently charge individual prices for text and image elements used without permission.

Registration

Some services of the website are available after registration. The User is obliged to provide real data during registration and if any changes occur to his/her data, he/she is obliged to correct it in his/her user account. If Golden Dorado Travel SAS becomes aware that the User’s data is not real or cannot be accessed based on the data provided, he/she may immediately exclude the User from the service. By registering, the User consents to the storage of his/her personal data and to its processing in accordance with the data protection declaration.

The username registered by our registered users can be chosen taking into account the following rules:
- it cannot be an obscene or vulgar expression,
- it cannot be similar to the pezblanco.com or admin identifiers,
- it cannot be similar to the names of the authors or writers of pezblanco.com,
- it cannot be a protected name, designation,
- it cannot be a racist expression or an expression that insults or offends the conscience, religion, nationality or ethnic affiliation of others.

The registration can be canceled at any time by sending an email to our editorial email address confirming the unsubscription.

Golden Dorado Travel SAS reserves the right to delete and/or ban any registered user from the site without giving any reason.

The User may not use the site’s services for advertising or promoting products or services for commercial purposes. This requires the prior consent of the operator.

The User agrees that he/she may not use the portal’s services for actions that violate the law in force at all times, and will not encourage or assist anyone to do such actions.

Booking conditions

50% of the tour price must be paid within 48 hours of booking via the website, and the remaining 50% must be paid at least 90 days before the start of the tour (day 1.). If the start of the fishing trip (day 1.) is within 90 days of booking, the full amount, i.e. 100%, must be paid.

Cancellation conditions

Clients may cancel their tour or activity at any time. However, Pez Blanco reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee based on the date of cancellation. Cancellation fees are as follows:

A fishing trip cancelled in writing (info@pezblanco.com) at least 30 days prior to the start date (day 1.) of the booked and paid trip will be refunded 50% of the trip, in case of cancellation within a shorter period of time a 70% fee will be charged.

To cancel your trip, please contact us at info@pezblanco.com. The refund will be refunded within 15 business days of the cancellation taking effect.

Any additional costs incurred by the client due to events or force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, terrorism, strikes or other political issues) within or outside the control of Pez Blanco are the sole responsibility of the client. Flights are sometimes subject to overbooking, delays, rescheduling or cancellation. If this occurs, we will do our best to assist our clients in making alternative arrangements. However, Pez Blanco cannot be held responsible for denied boarding, delays or cancelled flights, nor for any additional costs resulting from airline delays or cancellations.

The booking of a group or client who does not pay 50% of the price of the service or the full amount (if the start of the tour falls within 90 days of the booking) within 48 hours of booking will be cancelled.
